As a Product Manager in the Enterprise Product & Growth team, you
will be responsible for creating experiences and building products
that help some of the largest global merchants to expand and scale
their commerce ecosystem. In this role, you will bring passion and
diligence to create an exceptional experience for our Vault
product. Our goal is to make our global vaulting solution a
flexible tool to help remove barriers associated with the
complexities of the payment ecosystem and allow our merchants to
centralize and share payments data securely and more efficiently on
a single platform.
- Define Product requirements and lead the successful execution
of initiatives that enable transaction authentication solutions for
PayPal's merchants. This includes the definition and development of
payment user experiences, payment APIs, and processing
- Support strategy, market research and business development of
- Understand market trends and partner needs and incorporate them
into the roadmap.
- Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help
determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing
- Customer advocacy: Represent the end customer on an ongoing
basis and use this to drive effective prioritization and
- Strong communication: Implement solutions in a matrix
organization with multiple stakeholders - Engineering, Operations,
Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing.
- Make tough priority calls and trade-offs balancing available
time and critical business needs
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives and write
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our
enterprise and business partners have the best-in-class solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science
from an accredited college or university
- 8-10 years of experience in the execution of tech-related
projects, preferably in an agile software development
- Ability and desire to work in our collaborative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great business acumen and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a
- Ability to write scripts or snippets of code preferredPreferred
- Familiarity with the payment ecosystem such; payment
processors, card networks, acquires, and gateway providers.
- You have a unique blend of business and technical savvy, have a
keen eye for detail, understand nuances by asking the right kind of
questions, be willing to dive into key strategic initiatives and
the drive to make the product a reality.
