Summary of Position:
Provide end user support with hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system (PC & Mac),
printers, and peripherals.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, user directory
listings, and application access.
Deploy, and maintain Windows and Mac laptop and desktop computers
Administer IT helpdesk applications including Zendesk, Okta, Jira,
Administer and proactively monitor endpoint security, including
antivirus, malware protection.
Provides timely feedback to end users on their IT service requests
and problem tickets.
Inform supervisor with status updates of tickets and escalate
unresolved issues as needed.
Ensure resolutions to helpdesk requests meet or exceed customer
service level agreements.
Undertake any other helpdesk or IT duties reasonably requested to
meet business needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior experience with enterprise level helpdesk support.
Experience with administration of Microsoft Windows, Office, and
Experience with installing, supporting, and troubleshooting PCs,
laptops, Macs, printers, and peripherals.
Experience with remote support tools, Active Directory
administration, Identity and Access Management.
Experience with networking technologies, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wireless
Networks, VPN, VOIP, Firewalls.
Experience with PC/ Mac imaging, and remote administration of
Able to work on a diverse range of support issues, identifying and
resolving problems efficiently.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
