POSITION: Networking Customer Success ManagerLOCATION: Miami FL (Remote)SALARY RANGE: $80K to $100kDURATION: FulltimeSTART DATE: ASAP(No visa Sponsorship Currently)
Our client is seeking a Networking Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. As our Customer Success Manager, you will be the ultimate customer advocate serving as the customer's most trusted advisor in our company. Job Responsibilities--- Establish and grow highly collaborative, positive, and valued relationships with the customer and with internal teams to ensure quality delivery and use of our solutions--- Ensure customer maintains connectivity to Client's platform--- Create and maintain an AWS cloud infrastructure made up of Linux instances, firewalls, and a custom monitoring application--- Maintain access for internal and external customers--- Run application backups, tests, deployment, and upgrades--- Create and maintain current pipelines in Jenkins--- Interact with customer who need help connecting to our network--- Create and maintain VPN access--- Troubleshoot Linux and networking issues--- Identify and articulate value of client to key sponsors and stakeholders--- Measure and drive customer adoption and successful expansions of our products throughout the customer's organization--- Lead Regular Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders to drive and articulate ROI--- Lead customer trainings as needed--- Daily monitoring of exhibitor connectivity and troubleshooting with resellers and end users--- Serve as the software expert and product specialist with an aim to solve customer business challenges
Job Requirements--- 3 years relevant work experience in client-facing roles for technology companies--- 3 years of customer success, technical aptitude and networking trouble shooting abilities in a SaaS/cloud or IoT product company--- Strong written and verbal communications to executives at enterprise customers--- Strong organizational and project management skills--- Technical aptitude - quick to develop a deep understanding of new software and networking concepts--- 2+ years of experience working on AWS administrating the following technologies:o EC2 Instances, VPC's, networking, security groupso Identity and Access Managemento S3 Buckets and its permissionso RDSo Route53o LightSail--- 2+ years of Linux administration managing the following technologies:o Networkingo HTTP servers, DNS, SSL certificateso Dockero SNMPo Ansible--- 2+ years managing Firewalls --- VPN experience with different firewall manufacturers--- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD--- Experience planning upgrades and migrations--- Demonstrated experience writing detailed documentation--- Passion for solving complicated technology problems while providing excellent customer serviceExperience:--- Enterprise software: 3 years (Required)--- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS): 3 years (Preferred)--- Networking experience, especially VPN and SNMP configuration and troubleshooting (3 years required)--- Experience using the following tools: o AWSo Linuxo Google Workspaceo Slacko JiraEducation:--- Bachelor's degree - business or technology degrees preferred
