As a member of the IT Change Management and Adoption team at Splunk, you will help develop and lead change management programs to ensure we realize successful outcomes on our key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will lead change management of a program within our portfolio to support large scale IT initiatives. You will also be accountable for designing and managing dynamic change and enablement programs, acting as a trusted advisor to our business partners, and working to ensure program adoption goals are met. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, and creative Change Manager that possesses broad knowledge and expertise in change management and organizational behavior frameworks, communication strategies, adoption tracking, enablement practices, execution capabilities, and training design.   • Design and implement change management frameworks (process, tools and techniques) and strategies to "engineer" the people-side of change processes
  • Develop change management strategy and plan to ensure adoption of large-scale initiatives
  • Perform and evaluate change impacts by role and readiness assessments
  • Define and implement communication, sponsorship, coaching, and training plans; lead the enablement plan and delivery
  • Lead the development of a communications framework, strategy, and operating rhythm for communicating with all internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, executive staff, senior management, project teams, business unit partners and employees
  • Identity and evaluate potential change resistance and develop/execute mitigation tactics
  • Define adoption success metrics for the change before the program starts and measure against post the program ends
  • Develop partner engagement and management plans, including handling a feedback loop to identify gaps and introduce plans to address and mitigate issues
  • Build relationships and deliver results for diverse audiences including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Information Security, Products Organization, etc.
  • Drive the transformation of IT into an organization that delivers in a fast-changing environment (Agile Transformation)
  • Develop a plan to drive an IT Agile Transformation
  • Partner closely with IT Program Management to ensure tight interlock to their deliverables and the change plan Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
    • Experienced in change management principles, methodologies, tools and best practices
    • 10+ years of experience in using global standard change management processes and tools to create holistic change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and organizational objectives
    • Background in communications strategy, planning, and execution to support change strategies
    • Background in measuring engagement and adoption to define change management progress, future planning, and success
    • Ability to work closely with external partners and guide them through the importance of change management for Splunk
    • Ability to help drive program change management success by defining strategic roadmap and tactical plan (including how to delegate relevant activities to change management team members when appropriate)
    • Experience working in a global and matrixed organization in the technology industry, with insight and sensitivity to cultural influences
    • Participation in technology implementation engagements (e.g., global ERP, integration of technologies etc.)
    • Hands-on project experience in the areas of IT, communications and training
    • Experience driving agile transformations
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Good problem solving, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
    • Ability to manage stakeholders with effective communications
    • Project and Program management and planning experience
    • A critical thinker who can be a team player and collaborative
    • Solid understanding of technology and systems
    • Bachelor's Degree - in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Leadership, Organizational Behavior or related discipline or equivalent experience
    • Post-graduate or professional degrees preferred (MBA a plus) We value diversity at our company.
