Job Description:
--- Looking for OIC Techno-Functional consultant with 8-12 years
of experience--- Should possess strong functional and technical
expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation in R12 --- 2 to 3 End to
End implementation of OIC or SPM on prior projects--- Experienced
in all stages of documentation in the implementation life cycle
with extensive use of Oracle's AIM (Application Implementation
Methodology)--- Strong Knowledge of key application OIC API's,
workflow design, base tables and relationships, processes in OIC---
Should have knowledge and experience on integration between OIC and
SAP or any other Financial ERP--- Should have knowledge and
experience on integration between OIC and Siebel--- Knowledge and
experience of Oracle SPM is desirable --- Experience of
implementing OIC or SPM for Automotive OEM is desirable - provided
by Dice
