Job Description:
We have an urgent need for a CCIE Technical Support Engineer in
San Jose, CA.
An Active CCIE Certification is required.
Job ScopeWork under the direction of the Certification Team
Managers for Exam Development and/or Delivery to actively support
and assist with:----Exam content related activities (Exam
development, tech review, QA, scripting, publishing tasks)----Exam
delivery related activities (Lab proctoring, exam grading, lab
support and management)
Job Responsibilities--Cross-functional support role focused on both
development and delivery of the CCIE exams----Overall assistance to
the assigned virtual team in the technical aspects of the CCIE
Exams both written and lab--Assist in Exam content development and
technical QA review process----Assist in Exam production lifecycle
and review process--Assist in troubleshooting and repairing both
pre- and post-production exam errors----Assist in Lab exam delivery
activities and proctoring responsibilities----Assist in Lab setup,
pod readiness----Assist in Exam grading and scoring
Skills / Education----BA/BS in relevant disciplines or equivalent
experience----3-5 years, related experience----CCIE certification
required----Testing, Certification and QA experience
preferred----Assessment knowledge preferred, especially performance
assessment----Project management experience----Relevant experience
in program management----Excellent written, oral, presentation and
interpersonal skills----Strong organizational skills, time
management skills, and extreme attention to detail----Strong
creativity and energy to get the best things done in the best
manner
