compliance search firm specializing in recruiting top legal talent

companies, and VC firms to identify and recruit the best legal and

looking for a Recruiting Associate with 2+ years of experience
sourcing, screening, and vetting candidates to join our 5-person
team. This role will support one of the firm's Partners and will be
integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our
clients and candidates. The ideal candidate has worked at a
recruiting firm as an Analyst or Associate or in-house at a
technology company.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing Candidates:
- Leverage various platforms, databases, and networks to identify
high-quality candidates.
- Develop creative strategies to build and maintain a strong
candidate pipeline.Candidate Screening and Vetting:
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications,
skills, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidate backgrounds against client needs and
position requirements.
- Prepare detailed candidate summaries and recommendations for
clients.Search Management and Research:
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to design and execute
effective search strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand client companies, their
industries, and market trends.
- Provide insights and context to inform the search process and
candidate selection.Collaboration and Client Support:
- Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs
and develop tailored search strategies.
- Maintain open communication with clients and candidates
throughout the recruitment process.Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant
tracking system (ATS).
- Regularly update candidate information and ensure compliance
with data privacy standards.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent
acquisition.
- Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Extremely comfortable screening candidates via phone and video
conference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional writing skills, including drafting job descriptions
and detailed candidate summaries.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management
skills.
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Passion for recruiting and helping organizations succeed.What

pictureCompensation:
- The estimated annual base for this position is $62,000 -
$75,000, plus bonuses and incentives.Kerwin builds diverse legal
