Job Description:
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California,
building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with
a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We
are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric
aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal

responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring non-technical
talent across the Archer organization. You will collaborate closely
with key hiring leaders to build strong, high-performing
cross-functional teams. This position requires a strong tactical
executor with exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven
track record of successfully making key hires in fast-paced,
high-stakes environments.What you'll do:
- Partner with hiring managers across all non-technical groups
(Finance, People, Legal, Airlines, Operations, etc.) to understand
hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to source and
attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will drive every
detail of the process, including high-touch coordination as
needed.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for
critical roles.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with
the company's culture and strategic goals.
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers on market trends,
talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and
positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities,
metrics, and outcomes. Use analytics and reporting to inform our
strategy going forward.What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally within an agency,
startup, or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for
non-technical roles across a variety of disciplines.
- Ability to develop high-trust partnerships with top
leaders.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation
skills.
- Strong ability to assess talent and match candidates to
organizational needs.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and guide
hiring decisions.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results
under tight deadlines.Location: This role will require consistent
on-site presence at our office in Santa Clara / San Jose. Expect -3
days a week in office.Please note that this job description is

position, we are targeting a base pay between $100,000 - $170,000.
Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as
