401K.We are actively seeking a Full-Time Athletic Trainer at our
San Jose, CA and Santa Clara, CA site locations.**Please note, this
position requires travel and coverage between both sites. A company
vehicle will be provided for travel between sites.**The ideal
candidate will:Offer on-site care for construction workersConduct
fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals
and needsDevelop personalized exercise programs based on clients'
fitness levels, goals, and preferencesInstruct and demonstrate
proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and
effectivenessMonitor clients' progress and adjust their exercise
programs, as neededProvide ongoing support, motivation, and
accountability to help clients stay on track with their
goalsEducate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to
enhance their overall health and well-beingMaintain a clean and
organized environmentEvaluate injury risksOffer preventative or
treatment appointments for work and non-work related injuriesOffer
general rehabilitation for work and non-work related injuriesWork
with Safety Professionals to create new programs and initiatives to
improve workers wellbeingCollect and analyze data to find trends
and implement changesThe ideal candidate should:Be passionate about
the preventative care, wellness, and education of construction
workersBe self-motivated, organized, friendly, and able to work
with multiple entitiesHave experience and/or comfortability in an
industrial/construction settingHave leadership skills and be able
to work without direct supervisionHave strong communication skills
and be able to build rapport with clients, safety professionals,
and construction workersBe able to collaborate with other
department leadsHave proven knowledge in the evaluation, first aid,
and treatment of orthopedic or sports medicine related
injuriesPossess strong knowledge of body mechanics and exercise
physiologyHave the ability to motivate and inspire clients to
achieve their fitness goalsPossess knowledge of anatomy and
physiology to ensure safe and effective exercise
programmingRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience as
an Athletic Trainer or similar roleStrong understanding of the
challenges industrial athletes (construction workers) face, proper
nutrition, industrial injuries, and treatment optionsUnderstanding
of first-aid treatments, massage, and physical therapy techniques,
and equipmentDetail-oriented, analytical, and attentiveExcellent
interpersonal, problem solving, decision making, and communication
skillsValid ATC/CAT/CRC certificationExperience in health coaching
or nutrition counseling is a plusBachelors degree or related
background in athletic trainingCompensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per
