**Job Description:**We are seeking dynamic Mortgage Advisors to
join our growing Direct-To-Consumer team at Genext.Mortgage.
Whether you're just starting your career or are a seasoned

**Responsibilities:**- Provide comprehensive mortgage consultations
to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored
solutions.- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends,

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a
smooth and positive mortgage experience.- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to streamline the mortgage process from
application to closing.- Meet and exceed personal and team sales
targets while upholding the highest ethical standards.
**Qualifications:**- Experience in mortgage lending, banking, or
financial services.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.- A
self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to
continuous learning.- Proficiency in using CRM software and
understanding of the digital mortgage landscape.- NMLS license is a
