Schools, we are unleashing potential.Position DescriptionThe HCM
(Human Capital Management) Implementations Consultant is a
temporary, 5-6 month consulting role that will require 20-30 hours
per week depending on final project requirements. The HCM
Implementations Consultant will drive the transition from an old
HCM tool to a new HCM tool by ensuring strong, efficient and
aligned business processes are built within the HCM and staff
workstreams. This position is temporary and will be on an
independent contractor basis.Essential Functions:

- Strategic business process, improvement, and alignment with
Business Leads (Talent)
- Supports improving existing business processes and documents
all approved changes
- Review and recommend process improvement based on Business
Leads feedback
- Must have or will develop some level of subject matter
expertise on selected solutions and how to integrate technical
capabilities to improve business process
- Strategic and macro synthesis of enhanced business process for
executive actions
- Prepares executive slide deck as needed
- Drives all improvement processes through Talent Business Leads
and with the Project Management Organization (PMO) team for final
recommendations to Steering Committee for executive approval
- Delivery high performance business processes aligned to RPS
needs and culture
- Reports directly to PMO team and focuses on Talent business
process improvementsQualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
- Senior Level Project Management experience
- 5+ years of experience with Human Capital Management software
(preference for Workday or UKG)
- 5+ years of experience as an HR professional.
- Experience building systems and processes in an HCM and
implementing the process with staff
- Creative and strategic thinker who enjoys thinking outside of
the box to solve problems and implement efficient, sustainable
processes and tools

- Proficient in the use of business software (Excel, PowerPoint,
etc.) and HRIS reporting tools
