Job description 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Department, or 1 years and a related degree Excellent written and oral communication skills Fluent in Spanish Intermediate computer skills intermediate, Word, and Excel abilities Ability to change the thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations Responsibilities This is a management position, and is responsible for all aspects of inventory, costing and reporting Learn all Specialist's jobs to perform backup duties as needed Process Workers Comp Claims Scan and maintain employee electronic files Data entry for HRIS system including entering new hires Assist employees with LOA and disability paperwork Assist with Health Plan open enrollment Facilitate completion of annual reviews Process weekly payroll and single checks Assist in audits and tax/legal reports that involve payroll Be knowledgeable in all aspects of the company's benefit plans Audit monthly benefit bills and reports Annual employee deduction audit Maintain inventory of benefit booklets and handouts
