Human Resource ManagerREMOTE - office in Center City Philadelphia A high growth $50M professional services firm in seeking a Human Resources Manager. The company headquarters in located in Center City Philadelphia, but this opportunity will offer tremendous flexible to work from home, however candidates local to the Philadelphia market are preferred. The company provides high end professional services to Fortune 500 business, has an innovative culture and leadership team and make excellent use of technology. The ideal candidate with be on the upward trajectory of their career and have demonstratable experience partnering with C-level leaders aligning the Human Resources function with overall operational and management goals.
Key qualifications include

Bachelors and Advanced degree related to the Human Resources field
SHRM or related certification
4+ years in their career with outstanding communication and problem solving ability
Experience directly partnering with C-level management or key internal decision makers and stake holders
Ideally experience in the professional services industry or closely related industry
Base salary will range into the $100s plus an appropriate annual bonus. High potential for career growth.
