PayPal, Inc. seeks Finance Manager - Sales Compensation in San
Jose, CA:Job Duties: Administer end-to-end Sales compensation for
the North America - Enterprise Sales, Global Accounts and Mergers
and Acquisitions (M&A) segments and ensure strict adherence to
PayPal's worldwide compensation policies. Perform detailed analysis
to explain the sales and business performance using analytics and
financial models. Create complex dashboards to provide insightful
and deep analysis on specifics of the Sales Plans on a global
basis. Provide top notch accrual forecasting, planning and
reporting of sales commissions expense. Develop extensive
partnerships with regional Business Units (BU), Human Resources
(HR), Finance and Accounting teams, Analytics, Automation (BOTs),
and IT resources located across the globe. Co-manage the
administration and maintenance of the Incentive Compensation
Management (ICM) Tool (such as Xactly or IBM Varicent). Support
business decisions with analysis related to sales compensation for
PayPal's current and future acquired companies. Provide the most
up-to-date data for the Sales teams to track performance and
attainment. Identify key business levers, establish cause and
effect, perform analyses, and communicate key findings to various
stakeholders including the Executive Teams to facilitate
data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in
Finance, Business Administration or closely related discipline plus
four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years
of experience in the field of financial or business
