Please come and join our team SUMMARY The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter will support recruitment efforts to hire and retain highly qualified employees while growing a strong candidate pipeline. This position will also be responsible for general HR support. RESPONSIBILITIES Reaches out to candidates using job search platforms. Develops and updates job descriptions, specifications, and employment advertisements. Collaborates with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates. Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring team members. Tracks and gathers candidate feedback from interviews and maintain accurate candidate requisition flow. Utilizes a variety of job boards, internal platforms, social media, and community resources to effectively source and screen candidates for open positions. Seeks creative solutions for recruiting candidates Works consistently to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Supports in obtaining reference and background checks. Assists in the proper routing and resolution of employee support needs. Assists in new-employee orientation and offboarding processes. Updates and maintains confidential personnel files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses. Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assists with other jobs and duties as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years--- experience in Recruitment, Human Resources or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies Good interpersonal skills Strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time Strong planning, organizing, and project coordination skills Professional phone and email presence Proficient in Microsoft Office Company Description BriteLab is a semiconductor robotics, Automated Material Handling Equipment (AMHS) and industrial automation company providing propriety technology and full spectrum product development & commercialization solutions to OEM---s building complex optical, mechatronic and electro-mechanical products and systems.
