They are looking for an ambitious, dedicated team player with the social and emotional intelligence to forge relationships, networks and grow with our recruitment team. The successful candidate will execute on the Company's resource development program, reporting directly to and working with the Manager, Resource Development. In addition to their passion for process, the successful candidate will have a genuine interest in developing relationships and supporting a culture of people-driven high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
Responsibilities: --- Responsible for delivering a well-qualified and diverse pool of best-in-class candidates to meet current and future customer and business needs. --- Support fulfillment of 48 client orders. --- Deliver 7 Client submissions and 5 client interviews per week. --- Achieve an average of 1.25 placements per week, 5 placements per month.
Sales and Revenue: --- Must have at least two (2) years of experience in high technology recruiting (IT, wireless, wireline, etc.) --- Manage openings in a high-volume capacity, while recruiting candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle --- Responsible for delivering a well-qualified and diverse pool of best-in-class candidates to meet current and future client customer and business needs --- Ensure alignment within organization in our enterprise talent acquisition process --- Utilize suggestions regarding candidate selection and process improvements to improve selection skills --- Possess ability to interview and assess candidates' qualifications through a combination of behavioral and technical interviews and competency-based evaluations --- Complete job offers and process new employee paperwork to start onboarding process --- Participate in marketing and public relations strategies to promote the services and image of the Company --- Utilize creative sourcing strategies and leverage resources to recruit high caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources --- Exchange information and views to ensure the company is providing the appropriate range of quality services --- Follow Quality Management systems throughout the organization to ensure that the best possible products and services are provided to customers--- Consistently meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets --- Utilize redeployment techniques. Maximize opportunities to ensure roles are filled in a timely manner and ahead of client need. --- Support business growth, act as a sales professional --- Expert understanding in customization of ATS system. Ability to problem-solve issues.
People Process: --- Maintain a winning attitude, work through tough situations and defeating results to ensure you hit designated sales targets --- Provide feedback and coaching on passive and active candidate recruiting techniques and practices --- Execute phone screens and facilitate interviews between the candidate and client including candidate preparation and client briefing Qualifications: --- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in high technology recruiting --- BA/BS degree in business field or equivalent required --- Experience managing multi-million-dollar book of business with an average deal size of over $15K --- Expert level user of MS Office Suite, one or multiple ATS and other integrated recruiting technology including AI
