In this role, you will collaborate with leaders to recruit top talent to Vocera. Your role will include full lifecycle recruiting, developing recruiting strategies and building a robust pool of qualified applicants from both passive and targeted resources. You will lead and drive a positive candidate experience ensuring top-quality hires. This position reports to the--Sr. Director, Talent & People Partners. Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting support for hiring managers in multiple organizations and across the globe: source, screen, interview, and present talent to hiring managers
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders ensuring a deep understanding of their needs
  • Drive efficient and seamless recruiting process from identifying talent through offer stage.
  • Develop an effective strategic recruiting strategy for hiring, using all staffing resources, , to identify top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify desired competencies and experience and create compelling job descriptions to attract the best people
  • Drive the entire interview process for candidates from presentation to hiring manager through offer negotiations; determine job fit of all candidates presented. Consult with hiring managers on evaluation and selection of final candidates and Compensation to create competitive offers.
  • Updates and maintains the applicant tracking system and other systems of record; including reporting of requisition status
  • Ability to source passive candidates via multiple social media avenues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate company vision and opportunity to candidates
  • Highly organized, and able to prioritize requisitions effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and provide staffing expertise to deliver results and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Dedicated with a sense of urgency and effective problem-solving skills
  • High integrity with a real passion for delivering results and working in a dynamic mission driven organization Requirements
    • BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent
    • 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology organization
    • Successful recruiting results supporting multiple functions across the United States
    • Experience recruiting in the IT, Wireless and Healthcare industries is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to partner effectively with all levels
    • Proven experience carrying a large requisition load
