The Details: Title : Guest Service Ambassador Hours: AM & PM
shifts 11am-3p, 3p-7p MUST be flexible to work weekends. Pay Rate -
$21/hr Pay Active – On-demand access to earned wages, get up to 50%

Parking Ambassadors serve as the frontline customer?service
representatives for our Center’s parking operations. These
individuals will be stationed at Pay?on?Foot stations, garage entry
points, and exit lanes to assist guests during the transition to
updated parking rates. Parking Ambassadors help ensure a smooth
customer experience by providing friendly, clear communication
about pricing changes, payment processes, and the overall value of
our parking facilities. This role is ideal for individuals who are
approachable, patient, and confident in interacting with shoppers
in a fast?paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer
Interaction & Support Greet guests warmly and serve as a welcoming
presence in parking areas. Clearly and confidently explain the new
parking pricing structure, including rates, validation options, and
payment methods. Assist guests in using Pay?on?Foot machines,
understanding ticketing, and navigating payment workflows. Provide
guidance at entry and exit gates , troubleshooting issues such as
misplaced tickets, error messages, or confusion about fees.
Communicate the benefits and value of managed parking, such as
improved space availability, enhanced security, and garage
cleanliness. Handle guest concerns professionally, escalating to
mall management when needed. Brand & Service Standards Maintain a
polished, professional appearance consistent with mall service
guidelines. Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and a
calm, courteous demeanor. Uphold the mall’s commitment to superior
guest service and positive customer experiences. Qualifications
Previous customer service experience preferred (retail,
hospitality, events, or parking operations). Friendly, outgoing
personality with strong communication skills. Ability to stand for
extended periods and work outdoors or in parking structures.
Comfortable handling guest questions, including occasional
complaints, in a professional and upbeat manner. Ability to learn
and explain parking equipment functions and pricing details
quickly. Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional
service. Work Environment & Schedule Role requires standing and
walking in parking areas for full shifts. Shifts may include
evenings, weekends, and holidays based on shopping center traffic
needs. Ambassadors may be assigned to different garage locations
throughout the day. Overall Purpose of the Role Parking Ambassadors
are essential in ensuring guests feel supported and informed during
the transition to the mall’s updated parking model. By delivering
clear communication and exceptional service, Ambassadors help
maintain a positive guest experience and reinforce the value and
convenience of our parking facilities. Physical Demands: Ability to
stand for extended periods and work outdoors or in parking
structures. Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow,
rain, etc. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a
