Role Summary/Purpose

The Customer Service Representative will assist in billing,

management, creation, and modification of a large portfolio of

contracts and customers.

Essential Responsibilities In addition, you will:

  • Review contracts and pricing for accuracy.
  • Maintain customer master data in SAP.
  • Complete customer questionnaires with assistance from other
  • departments.
  • Setup new customers utilizing Salesforce workflows.
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Assist sales and service with any discrepancy related to
  • contracts.
  • Transmit contract copies to customers upon request.
  • Support business billing quality program and assist as required
  • any billing quality disputes from customers.
  • Run billing queue and monthly bill plans for invoicing.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in your work and
  • the work of other individuals and functions.
  • Maintain full confidentiality with customer information.
  • Other projects as assigned.


    • Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university or

      equivalent work experience.

      • Minimum of 1 year of SAP experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) or related modules or related ERP experience.

          Compensation: The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range of $45,000-$60,000
