CRHFseeks candidates who will meet our customer expectations by striving withoutreserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in our products,processes and systems by being accountable, having a voice and taking action. **A DAY IN THE LIFE -POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** Technical Support + Successfully completesCRHF Field Technical Training - including online and field-based training + Performschecks/interrogations of all CRHF medical device systems post sign-off + Supports implants ofall CRHF products post sign-off + Provides on-callsupport as needed on evenings and weekends post sign-off + Providetroubleshooting support as requested Operational Support + Assures completion ofpatient registration and any other required hospital documentation + Helps manageconsignment inventory and trunk inventory once obtained + Provides additionalinventory support to meet customer needs + Maintains software onprogrammers throughout the district as directed + Assists with managing dailycoverage logistics as needed Educational Support + Educates and trainsphysicians, hospital personnel and office staff on products or solutions forwhich training has been completed + Assists with educatingand training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives post sign-off Sales Support + Partners with DSM,Sales Reps and DM to learn market dynamics and local customer motivations andneeds; has a basic understanding of how Medtronic CRHF products and solutionsoffer value to the customer + Assists with obtainingcustomer POs throughout the quarter + Has a basicunderstanding of the competitive landscape + Independentlyidentifies customer needs and opportunities and provides feedback to SalesRep(s) to support sales objectives Ongoing TechnicalDevelopment + Stays up to date onnew products, solutions and patient management offerings + Completes all assignedtraining in a timely manner Performs other relatedduties as assigned **MUST HAVE - MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:** _IN ORDER TO BECONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BEEVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME_ + A High SchoolDiploma PLUS a minimum 4 years of work experience in the healthcare orengineering field, OR + An Associate'sDegree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the healthcare orengineering field, OR + A Bachelor'sDegree PLUS a minimum of 1 year of work experience, OR + A Bachelor'sDegree in engineering or biomedical/life sciences, OR + A Bachelor'sDegree and currently enrolled in a certificate program from a pacing schoollike ATI or PrepMD **NICE TO HAVE -DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + A Bachelor'sDegree PLUS a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the healthcare orengineering field + A Bachelor'sDegree in Biomedical Engineering + Strong work ethicin accomplishing objectives of the position + Expertise withMicrosoft tools + Ability to meetvendor credentialing requirements + Excellentcustomer service skills + Excellentinterpersonal, written/verbal communication skills + Ability tocoordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-pacedenvironment in an organized manner while meeting deadline **PHYSICAL JOBREQUIREMENTS:** + The physicaldemands described within the Responsibilities section of this jobdescription are representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job. CS's are required to work anumber of weekend and holidays during the quarter, as determined by localmanagement. Weeknight call coverage is the primary responsibility ofthe Sales Rep, however, at times, business and/or geographical needsrequire a CS to be scheduled for week night coverage as approved byregional management. + Must have a validdriver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
