Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient clinic experience is required. Must have a minimum of one year of clinical experience; no new graduates will be considered. Experience performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing functional treatment plans, and documenting in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines. Experience supervising or delegating to therapy assistants or students is preferred. Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 week assignment. Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts). Full-time, 40 hours per week. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
