Physical Therapist Location: Oakland, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,959 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: California Physical Therapy License Certifications: Home Health experience Must-Have: - California PT License - One year of Home Health experience Description: The role involves prioritizing start of care visits. Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants is required. Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits is expected. Clinical notes and other documentation are due within 48 hours of the visit. Maintaining timely communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff is essential. Being generally responsive during normal business hours is expected. The territory may require expansion as needed. The schedule consists of 40 hours per week, Saturday through Wednesday. Training includes three full days, with one in-house day and two in the field. Mileage reimbursement will be provided. A company car option is available with a decreased bill rate. Productivity requirements include 30 points per week. Caseloads and visit mixes per day will average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor. Visit types and corresponding point values include start of care and evaluations. This position requires dedication and responsiveness to patient needs.
