Optometry Practice in San Jose, CA Join our thriving private
optometry practice in the heart of Silicon Valley, where we provide
concierge-level care to our patients. With a focus on exceptional
service, we cater to a diverse patient base, including those with
VSP and Eyemed coverage. Position Highlights: Flexible Schedule:
4-day work week with an occasional evening to 8 pm. Weekend
Engagements: One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required to
maximize commissions of $500-1,000 each month Patient-Centered
Care: Participate in weekend trunk shows, eyewear events, and
concierge-level services. Qualifications: Experience with VSP and
Eyemed is required. Strong customer service skills and a passion
for patient care. Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical/Dental
Insurance: 80% covered by the employer. 401(k) retirement plan.
