Licensed Vocational Nurse (Part-Time, per Diem) Mare Island Home

growth Initial Requirements: Current license to practice in CA
Current CPR certification Current CA driver's license plus proof of
car insurance. Minimum one year RN clinical experience (two years
preferred ) Computer/Internet experience (online charting to be
used) Bi/Multi-lingual skills a plus (e.g. Spanish, Russian,
Tagalog, etc.) Preferred Experience: LVN in an acute care setting:

have any questions.) Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient
care in a home health setting, utilizing core nursing skills such
as catheterization, IV insertion, and patient assessment. Utilize
premium skills like critical care experience and medical office
knowledge to deliver specialized care to patients. Demonstrate
proficiency in relevant skills such as health coaching and specimen
collection to enhance patient outcomes. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and individualized
care plans for patients. Utilize EMR and EHR systems effectively to
document patient information and track progress accurately.
