Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Modesto,

Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - PCU Stepdown Job Details:
• 10-13 week assignment duration • Report to facility at 7:00 AM on
start date • Patient ratio of 3:1 for step-down patients and 4:1
for telemetry patients • Primary responsibility for patient care
with minimal CNA support • Assess, plan, and implement direct
clinical care to assigned patients on per shift basis • Supervise
staff and delegate appropriate care • Support facility CNO to
ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care • Maintain
competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management
related to patient care • Work at unit level providing
comprehensive nursing care Facility: This healthcare facility
operates a progressive care unit and step-down unit providing
intermediate-level care for patients who require more intensive
monitoring than general medical floors but less than intensive
care. The facility emphasizes nurse-driven patient care with
appropriate staffing ratios and maintains high standards for
