The Opportunity Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Current national certification, BLS, and DEA required. New grads will not be considered for this position. Current CA state license is a plus. Providers will be cross credentialed to work at all United Health Care Centers. This facility may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). The Practice – A Multi-Site System United Health Centers Corcoran – Corcoran, California United Health Centers Milburn – Fresno, California United Health Centers Kerman – Kerman, California United Health Centers Reedley – Reedley, California United Health Centers Sanger – Sanger, California United Health Centers Mendota – Mendota, California Federally Qualified Health Center with four (4) rooms. Patients who need continuity of care are scheduled with UHC services prior to departure. Facility hours are Mon-Fri 12pm-9pm and Sat-Sun 9am-5:30pm. Annual volume of approximately 8,000. Minor procedures required including lacerations, I&D’s, and simple FB removal. Basic point of care testing including rapid strep, UTI, and glucose. Great team environment.
