Job Description:

We are looking for an upbeat and friendly *Medical Patient Service Representative* to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for individuals that are seeking a stable career in the healthcare field.*Responsibilities:** Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or information requests* Answer incoming calls efficiently in a high call volume setting* Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customers following established procedures* Address customer grievances, appeals, and billing issues.
