• Outpatient opportunity
• No Call Duty
• 18-20 patients per day
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
  
• A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
• Provider with 1years or more experience in similar setting
• Provider must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
• Active DEA needed before start
• Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
• EMR: EPIC
