Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill two (2) Administrative Assistant positions. These are full-time positions in the Behavioral Health Department. Under supervision, this position is responsible for providing confidential administrative and clerical support to Mental Health staff. These duties include but are not limited to: database system maintenance, office supply purchasing, typing, filing, and telephone duties. The ideal candidate will have a solid professional background performing administrative and clerical duties. The Administrative Assistant must be highly organized with a passion for providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered,

• Minimum four (4) years administrative experience
• Accurate typing at a minimum of 50 words/minute
• Basic mathematics and ability to operate a variety of office machines.
• Style, format, grammar punctuation, spelling and general English usage.
• Various computer program applications including MS Office.
• Maintain strict confidentiality

  Compensation:
  Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
  Human Resources Assistant: $18.00 - $23.00/Hourly
