Ourdiverseand collaborativeteams are constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible.Ready to join us?About this opportunityThe Global Clinical Product Development Manager (Orthodontist) will be responsible for clinical requirements for product and software development initiatives working with product managers and clinical validation of software and clinical protocols working with software teams, for Align Technology worldwide in support of global product innovation and clinical analytics. This role will also coordinate regional clinical requirements, clinical operations needs and customer feedback to improve products, digital services, and software. This role will also collaborate with the education team on subject matter expertise for the creation of product launch materials.In this role, you will---

  • Provide Clinical Requirements for the orthodontic channel including product, treatment planning, and other areas that support growth of the orthodontic channel.
  • Work closely with global product managers to define product and services
  • Define and document clinical protocols including clinical risk assessments
  • Participate in clinical software validation and data validation and document findings
  • Define clinical parameters for software based on orthodontic principles
  • Use clinical data analytics to inform future clinical decisions
  • Liaise with Advanced Development teams including R&D teams for working on clinical definitions in software.
  • Provide clinical input into complaint handling investigation
  • Support clinical review of materials with legal and regulatory
  • Support clinical research activities including research protocols including evidence creation
  • Support orthodontic education team with content material for innovation launches
  • Work collaboratively as a member of a team of global teams to help guide strategy and recommend clinical best practices based on available data working cross functionally with regions and operations
  • Perform other duties as assignedIn this role, you'll need ---
    • DDS or DMD degree.
    • Certificate of Orthodontics from an accredited University.
    • At least 3+ years of Invisalign clear aligner experience
    • Excellent analytical skills and independent thinking
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • The ability to provide effective requirements including documenting process is required
    • Ability to learn new software systems independently

Primary Location Base Salary Range: $113,600 to $146,500 USD Base salary ranges are a guideline used to determine appropriate pay. Placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable commission plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
