-Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• RN will assist in trauma, orthopedic, podiatry, general surgery, urology, robotics and neurosurgery.
• RNs scrub, circulate and assist, through evidence-based practice, the RN utilizes critical thinking to assess, plan, implement and evaluate outcome based care of patients.
• The RN supervises and coordinates care provided to patients by the LPN, Patient Care Assistants and other nursing team members.Registered Nurse Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in nursing.
  • Pass the National Council Licensure Examination or NCLEX-RN.
  • Current state licensure as a registered nurse and BLS certification required.
  • American Heart Association BLS/CPR
  • ACLS certification
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Professional, friendly attitude.Document Requirements Valid Picture ID(Driver's license, State ID, or Passport), -Nursys, ACLS("American Heart Association certification is required for RNs in CCU, ED and PACU, MICU, SICU Attach scanned copy of certification (with expiration date) to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
