Evolve Healthcare Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist for one of our beautiful and upscale Independent Living/ Assisted Living communities. The Ridge Post-Acute in San Jose, CA. -We are looking to hire ASAP and we offer great benefits. Occupational Therapist are professionals who assist disabled and injured patients through therapeutic methods which everyday use and we need someone like you with your skills and expertise. - -

• Shift: M-F, 8-10-hour days (some weekends)
• Start date: ASAP -Qualifications/Requirements:
  The therapist will usually only work with 5-8 residents a day with one-on-one care, not group or multiple treatments. - -Skilled nursing facility -(SNF) experience - - -1-year experienceOutpatient experiences - -Must have an Occupational Therapist Assistant License (COT)Must be certified as an Occupational Therapist with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Must be vaccinated and boosteredMust have a Negative COVID test prior to starting assignment (the test must be completed no more than 7 days before the start date)We need someone with these key skills.

  Excellent knowledge of practices and principals as an experienced Occupational TherapistHelping patients to work towards their recovery and everyday life without much struggle (adapting to their new environment) -Being able to adapt to -the appropriate per case occupational therapy treatment model, method, and approach to direct the process of treatmentTeaching clients' new ways of approaching a task and teaching on how achieve these new goals by breaking down activities -*We welcome certifications in all areas including but not limited to Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Neurologic, Orthopedic etc. Evolve Healthcare Staffing accommodates the needs of the healthcare industry while focusing on the healthcare professional.
