Job Description:
Expert Partners have an exciting role as one of the firm's
market-facing subject matter experts helping Advisory Board achieve
its goal to spark the change needed to make health care better. The
primary role of the Clinical Services Expert Partner will be to
scope and deliver presentations and facilitated discussions to
leaders across the health care industry on current Advisory Board
research on topics impacting clinical leaders, including nursing,
workforce strategy, clinical service lines, home health, senior
care, and more; provide thought leadership to clients in a variety
of health care sectors on these clinical trends; and help them
navigate, understand, and maximize our research and applied
learning products. To accomplish this, this individual will have
the support of the Advisory Board research team and other Expert
Partners to share best practices for presentation and facilitation,
provide guidance and support, and brainstorm innovative approaches.
Furthermore, Expert Partners work closely with researchers from
across the firm to continue building expertise from ongoing
research projects and contributing to research initiatives. - This
individual must possess strong presentation and facilitation skills
for both prepared and extemporaneous interactions. They will also
provide feedback to colleagues on voice of the customer and
insights gathered from interactions with the market to inform
research initiatives. Additionally, this individual should bring
health care clinical experience, and the ability to shape Advisory
Board's market-facing presence in this area such as through
short-form articles, participation in panels and industry events,
and networking with industry thought leaders. You'll enjoy the
flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you
take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Scope and deliver high-impact learning experiences for health
care executives and clinical leaders through virtual and live
delivery formats: -Share Advisory Board research and insights with
client audiences in a variety of delivery formats (e.g.,
presentations, small interactive roundtable discussions,
facilitated workshops, Advisory Board and industry-hosted
events)
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise in health system
clinical strategy: -Stay up to date on Advisory Board research and
broader market trends and be able to provide thought partnership
and points-of-view directly to clients
- Translate research to other health care stakeholders: -Help
translate how implications on health system clinical and service
line strategy impacts other health care stakeholders, such as life
sciences companies, purchasers, and cross-industry
partnerships
- Collaborate with the research team to provide feedback from the
market and participate in research initiatives: -Provide regular
feedback to the research teams from market interactions to help
inform ongoing research; participate in key milestones in the
research process to contribute market expertise; support research
deliverables
- Develop a market-facing presence: -Help contribute to Advisory
Board's brand and market-facing presence as a thought leader in
this area, such as through writing short-form articles, developing
relationships with key thought leaders, and representing the firm
in panels and industry events You'll be rewarded and recognized for

in Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the health care
industry
- Experience and comfort presenting to and facilitating
discussion with executive and clinical audiences
- Experience using project management skills in a professional
setting
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% when safe to do
so
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this

Qualifcations:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in nursing or a closely related
discipline
- Experience delivering strategic advice in a consultative role,
including thought leadership and insight generation

is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada
residents is $113,500 to $218,100. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
