Accounting practice within our SSF Consulting team in the San
Francisco Bay Area.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for helping to build
and maintain this fast growing area of our Consulting practice.
Business Development is a significant part of this exciting

with the auditors
Plan, execute and manage Internal Audit engagements

7 - 10 years of public accounting or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in managing and supervising teams
2+ years of a proven track record of business development in
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or equivalent
Strong and up-to-date technical knowledge of US GAAP accounting
Experience in researching and clearly documenting accounting issues
and applicable accounting standards
Ability to read complex documents, synthesize and summarize
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Visio a plus.
Ability to think creatively, problem solve and work independently
on multiple engagements
Proven experience in managing client relationships
Ability to manage and motivate teams with team members at all
Strong on-the-job training skills and a desire to teach
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Good project and time management skills
Good presentation skills and an ability to explain complex issues

Experience in financial reporting and SEC requirements of IPOs a
