Clinical Program DirectorYour Role:*You must be a licensed therapist to qualify for this position. * Position requires the ability to work some evenings.As a Program Director at the OCD Anxiety Centers, you will serve as the facility authority, ensuring the safe and effective implementation of direct care policies, procedures, and treatment protocols. Base salary starting at 110-130k. We celebrate diversity and strive for excellence in everything we do.Opportunity for Growth: As a Program Director, you'll have the chance to lead and nurture a team, oversee clinical integrity, manage referral relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization.Daily Responsibilities:Effective ownership, oversight, and management of clinical, administrative, and facility functions while understanding and contributing to quarterly and fiscal goals for your facilityEnsuring facility meets or exceeds compliance standards, as well as policies & procedures adherenceProviding supervision to clinicians, and oversight for clinical assistantsPerforming mental health assessments, including differential diagnosis, planning, organizing, and implementing lesson plans for group settings, treatment, coordination of treatment, individual psychotherapy with the facility's evidence-based protocolExecuting facility projects based on executive directives, goals, budget, and expected timelinesRequirements:Master's degree or higher in a related fieldCurrent and unrestricted state licensure5+ years of experience in mental health managementPassion for personal growth and developmentProficiency in clinical modalities and computer skillsPreferred Qualifications:BilingualExperience with OCD and Anxiety TreatmentKnowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior TherapyEqual Opportunity Employer:OCD Anxiety Centers is committed to providing equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
