various markets we serve. We are seeking a diligent and
detail-oriented Construction Manager to join our team. In this
role, you will be responsible for ensuring that process chemical
and gas systems meet specified quality standards and project
specifications. Your primary duties will include developing the
execution scope of work from the project drawings and specs,
develop the schedule for this scope that meets the project
milestones, and work closely with the field supervisors to ensure
quality and schedule expectations are being delivered. Join our

towards excellence and success! RESPONSIBILITIES Accountability for
the Chemical and Specialty Gases scopes of work and responsibility
for providing project management, risk management and project
controls, and participation in all phases of the project execution
phase. Reports directly to the MEP Manager. Main liaison between
the GC, client, and project design and operations team. Involved in
all construction projects from design and new construction to
modifications of existing systems as required. Owns the
pre-construction effort and authors bid package RFP's,
subcontractor pre-qualifications, statements of work, and
construction estimates to establish project budgets. Establishes
and monitors the key date milestones for the project schedule
related to the scope of work. Reviews and approve all subcontractor
proposals, change orders, estimates for new projects, invoices,
project turnover and close-out documents, lien releases and
presents to owner for approval. Leads weekly owner meetings and
participates in superintendent and QAQC field coordination
meetings. Accountable and responsible for the overall project from
inception to completion. Provides leadership and stakeholder
management for the overall project and is the primary interface
with the owner and engineer of record (EOR). Works in concert with
the owner's management team to develop, implement, and manage the
overall project program. Responsible for the QAQC Project Manager,
Project Superintendent, and Project Engineer. Creates and owns the
Site-Specific Safety, No Impact, Risk Management and Change Control
Plans. Supports the Project Superintendent in the development of
the Site Logistics Plan. Collaborates with facility designs at site
starting from basis of design (BOD) to issue for construction (IFC)
design documents for new cleanroom build outs, infrastructure
upgrades, and renovations. Creates the subcontractor
pre-qualification, Request for Proposals (RFP), and commercial bid
review process for presentation to the owner for approvals.
Participates in design reviews with EOR and Project Engineer to
ensure local requirements are met. Participates in and supports the
owner's Project Manager and Engineering teams for change to plan of
record items at the project level Approves all project documents,
logs, meeting minutes, close-out documents, and final lien waivers.
Assists with identifying and resolving issues raised by the
cross-functional engineering teams. Creates the detailed scope of
work based on project needs working closely with internal and
external stakeholders. Ensures the QAQC program is implemented and
directs the QAQC PM throughout the construction process.
Accountable for successful commissioning per all customer
requirements and ensures the commissioning process is implemented
and reviews commissioning documents for each project. Reviews and
approves all project budgets and change orders. Owns the close-out
process and ensures successful implementation. REQUIREMENTS B.S. is
required (Equivalent field experience is acceptable) 10+ years'
experience as a Project Manager in the high-tech industry Excellent
leadership and communication skills, able to work in teams and
matrix organization. Detailed understanding of Risk Management and
Project Controls Plans and ability to tailor them to specific needs
of the customer. High level understanding of a project total cost
of ownership (TCO) and life cycle cost. Knowledge of semiconductor
process specific support systems (process chemical and specialty
gas delivery). Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $145,000 -
$165,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
