• This is a remote Solutions Consultant role for Client's Office of the General Counsel (OGC.) The role will primarily collaborate with business partners in legal, security and policy organizations to drive exceptional value for new process and technology solutions, working with people from the US and globally. This person will possess a high degree of capability in both product and project management and will be a key partner to one or more departments.Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to drive initiatives and bring new solutions to life
  • Help to define and qualify customer needs
  • Identify opportunities and options for delivering business outcomes
  • Develop innovative end-to-end solutions
  • Answer questions and demonstrating product capabilities
  • Drive the implementation of software solutions
  • Train stakeholders to administer customized solutions
  • Analyze current workflows and procedures and make recommendations to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Contributes to and executes departmental and product roadmaps and drives features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Work in an agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refine priorities, and focus on continuous feedback and value delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
  • Develop success measures and maintain appropriate tracking / reporting of performance to evaluate future investmentSkills:

      • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or 3 years combined with project management experience
      • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
      • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with diverse stakeholders and technical teams
      • High degree of proficiency in iterative product development, understanding of Agile principles (equally important - a need for agile mindset and behaviors to compliment knowledge of principles)
      • Legal environment a plus, but not required
