2015. This position requires up-to-date knowledge of trends in
outsourcing contracts, especially from the Suppliers context, and
IT, BPO, Engineering and other professional services outsourcing
and general contract matters. Candidate must have experience in
structuring deals with different combinations including
subcontracting and teaming partners. - Responsibilities: 1.Maintain
Company compliance with all California employment laws; 2.Perform
periodical audits of Company's compliance with California
employment laws; 3.Conduct investigations stemming from California,
and possibly nationwide, employee workplace related complaints;
4.Conduct training on California employment laws to business units
located within the state; and 5.Serve as internal Subject Matter
Expert on California employment laws. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's
Degree in Human Resources or other related field, expert knowledge
of California employment laws, including but not limited to, wage
and hour laws a must. Juris Doctor with practice in Employment Law
in California a plus 2.5+ years of California based HR experience.
3.Prior experience with a global company a plus. 4.Ability to write
and communicate clearly and competently. 5.Prior experience
advising senior leadership, and internal corporate counsel a plus.
6.Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Our client
