What You'll Do:

We are seeking a best-in-class professional to join the Transformation Execution team within the new Cisco Transformation Center. This high-visibility team will work directly with senior executives to drive growth across Cisco by implementing top-priority transformation initiatives. Your diverse experience will enable you to shape our strategy, drive and impact change, lead problem-solving, and deliver high-quality output.

Role & Responsibilities include:

  • Help strategize and implement an overhaul of the company planning and prioritization process
  • Lead the deployment of one or more cross functional projects that will help Cisco win in a highly-competitive marketplace
  • Lead transformation execution work as needed. This is a fast paced team with evolving priorities and flexibility is a must
  • Drive cross-organizational collaboration, alignment, and consensus; forge positive relationships; lead a matrixed team to win together
  • Establish operational rigor to ensure execution and impact; measure and be accountable to quantifiable outcomes
  • Build (and coach cross-functional teams to create) compelling storylines and business cases for decisions by senior executives (including SVP/EVP)

    Who You'll Work With:

    • Reports into the Transformation Execution team within the Cisco Transformation Center (CTC)
    • CTC is one of the most visible teams at Cisco. You will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders across the business

      Who You Are

Develop & translate strategy into an operational plan and drive execution. You're a leader who gets things done and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
      • 4+ years in project or program management, strategy, planning, or another business function is preferred. Consulting firm experience at the level of Engagement Manager / Project Leader is a plus but not required.
      • Bachelors degree; an MBA is a plus
      • Excellent project/program management skills; capable of taking a concept, building a plan, aligning team members, and managing daily tasks to deliver successful outcomes
      • Strong in framing & structuring business problems, prioritizing efforts, conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, and building an executive-level story complete with recommendations
      • Outstanding communications & influencing skills; experience collaborating with partners at all levels in a matrixed organization, producing executive-level content, leading meetings with senior collaborators
      • Able to put forward insightful recommendations; comfortable being empowered to make decisions; willing to push senior leaders constructively to drive necessary outcomes
      • Curious and flexible, you enjoy variety and are willing to tackle different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve

        When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses.         U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO.         Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
