FACILITIES MANAGERJOB OVERVIEWThe Facilities Manager ensures the efficiency, safety and good working conditions of all facilities or at a specific location. Reports to the Director of Store Operations and oversees Facilities and Support team members.

• Manages team members: hires, schedules, trains, motivates, submits payroll and disciplines as necessary
• Ensures efficiency and good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities, including but not limited to: walk-ins, refrigerator units, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning services and off-site storage
• Maintains accurate records of the conditions of all facilities in the building and creates a schedule of regular housekeeping and cleanliness for the store
• Guarantees exceptionally clean and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Assesses the ongoing condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment in order to anticipate needs and resolve problems
• Ensures the safety of the building from fire, flood or other hazards
• Oversees inventory and vendor relationships
• Performs other duties as required or assignedQUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a Housekeeping, Facilities or Custodial Supervisor or Manager
• Experience successfully managing a large team
• Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and SpanishJOB REQUIREMENTS
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule sometimes including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for 8 hours in length, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
• Ability to withstand extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
