About the Team
Product managers at OKX are the CEOs of their areas of focus. We develop growth-focused product strategies, manage cost/profitability and then deliver powerful strategies that guide customers through simple transaction workflows. We are building an integrated and beautiful crypto-finance experience for mobile and web. Product managers collaborate across business units and align user research, design and UX writing, brand and marketing, technical project management and engineering, testing, data, compliance and legal teams. We are a multi-cultural and decentralized team with a deep passion for bitcoin, crypto and Defi. We are objective oriented and everyone contributes to data analysis to drive business growth.

As the Product Manager for our Globalization Platform and Tools, you will be responsible for identifying our company's current status and pain points in globalization platform and tools, specifically related to internationalization and localization. Your primary goal will be to empower scalable and efficient product globalization to enhance our reach in international markets. If you are an entrepreneurial product manager, who doesn't hesitate to propose bold ideas and roll up your sleeves to put them into action, this role will be a great fit for you.
What You'll Be Doing:

• 
  
• Identify the company's current status and pain points in globalization platform and tools(in internationalization and localization related) to empower scalable and efficient product globalization
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmap, and communicate it effectively to the team and stakeholders while ensuring excellent execution
  
• 
  Strong product sense with an ability to envision new technology solutions that address internal user needs
  
  
• 
  Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve them through ongoing product iteration
  
  
• Influence the technical decisions around standardization of Internationalization to provide cohesive and delightful local experience to customers (e.g. plurals/genders, ICU / CLDR integrations, bidi / RTL, i18n testing, best practices, etc.)
  
• Evangelize globalization and internationalization best practices to cross-functional stakeholders
  
  What We Look For In You:

  • BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
    
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management, TPM, or software engineering experience
    
  • Excel in breaking down complex problems and moving forward in the face of ambiguity
    
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and communicate through data, also ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures

      Salary Range:
      The salary range for this position is $121,000 to $264,000.
      The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
