JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive top seller success and growth on eBay by working to support strategic seller growth and improving overall seller CSAT.
• Develop a deep understanding of strategic sellers' business operations and current strategies. Utilize insight to find and deliver growth opportunities
• Scale top seller activities by providing constructive business consultation and key business issue diagnosis
• Develop, implement, and track growth plans for strategic accounts to deliver against GMV growth for Home Interior
• Partner with internal growth team to drive seller listing & account optimization
• Identify risks and barriers to growth and work with the account & internal teams to resolve any issues. Escalate as needed for support from Home Interior Category Management team.
• Ensure best practices shared with seller support the Home Interior strategy and are aligned to key requirements necessary for success in this space
• Partner with sellers to fill category inventory gaps as identified by Category Managers
• Negotiate inventory for deals/event placement aligned to Category Management strategy for promotions
• Key Initiative Support: Support key initiatives of the Home Interior strategy and eBay strategy to drive adoption and/or change across the necessary sellers JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3+ years of experience in an account management role or relevant role
  • Execution-driven, growth-oriented, ownership mindset to drive performance against KPIs
  • Strong track record of managing relationships effectively driving for success
  • Self-motivated with effective communication skills
  • Experienced at negotiating win-win outcomes and collaborating in a team environment
