About the Team
Fiat Risk engineering team focuses on providing cutting edge
solutions by creating advantage data products and processes that
account for all aspects of risk management of the entire OKX
solution, with a focus on fiat related transactions, such as KYC,
fiat deposit/withdrawal and chargeback management. This is a unique
opportunity for technology enthusiasts to embrace your next
challenge, to design tailor-made solutions, and to build
high-performance web services that handle large volumes of
transactions 24x7.
About the Opportunity
This role will provide an early and significant impact on the
engineering team in the US. As the Director of Software Engineering
for the fiat risk team, you will lead and guide your team on
flawless and agile execution, implementation and support of backend
microservices, working closely with the front end and
cross-functional teams to coordinate complex deliverables, do
research and provide meaningful feedback about any decision being
made within the team. In addition, you are a fantastic people
leader and motivator and will continue to raise the bar on
technical excellence for all risk platforms for the business.

with.
The salary range for this position is $233,000.00 to $350,000.00.
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In
addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term
incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as
well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits,
