Job Description:

What you'll do:

• 
  
• Lead the development and delivery of ground training programs for our eVTOL aircraft program, including managing instructors and developing training curricula
  
• Develop and maintain training records for ground training programs
  
• Manage and develop the ground training systems team, including coaching, training, and performance management
  
• Work closely with the Flight Operations leadership to ensure training programs meet operational needs
  
• Interface with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with training requirements and standards
  
  What you need:
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing aviation training FAA part 135 and/or 121 training programs
    
  • Experience leading a team of instructors in the development, maintenance, and delivery of training programs
    
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations and training requirements, including experience with ground training for rotorcraft or fixed-wing aircraft
    
  • Experience with learning management systems and training record management.
    
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting
    
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple Archer Aviation and Archer Air training stakeholders
    
  • Be an optimistic, innovative, and results-driven problem solver
    
    Bonus Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • BS/AS in aviation sciences or related field
      
    • FAA licensed pilot or dispatcher
      
    • Part 135 or 121 startup experience

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $112,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
