As a part of the Corporate Strategy team, you'll focus on driving growth, performance, and operational efficiency throughout Nutanix. Work on projects of strategic importance, such as growth strategy, business model transformation, GTM initiatives, operational excellence, and board communication. Collaborate closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and senior leaders across the organization to shape strategy and drive execution.--- Be a thought partner to senior leaders, helping to devise corporate and functional strategies
--- Generate business insights, develop strategies and business cases that inform company strategy and unlock potential value
--- Drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of key strategic initiatives critical to company growth and operational efficiency
--- Coach and mentor analysts, associates, and managers on the corporate strategy teamWhat You'll Bring:
--- 7+ years of work experience with growing levels of responsibility
--- 2+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy with a focus on enterprise software/SaaS (strongly preferred)
--- Minimum of 2 years of engagement manager experience, directly managing high-impact teams in professional services or corporate strategy
--- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier business school or MBA from a top-tier business school
--- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights to drive alignment and outcomes
--- Experience with executive-level engagement as a business, operational, and strategic thought partner
--- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships --- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment, leading teams without a direct reporting structure.The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $199200 and 398400/[hour/year]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
