Job Description:
What to Expect As Program Manager at Tesla you will be a part of
the infrastructure -team at Tesla facilities in the Bay Area, CA.
You will play an essential role in sustaining organizational
operations for projects in a manufacturing environment by
coordinating efforts across a wide range of cross functional
engineering teams What You'll Do
- Create and develop program reports and summaries for executive
management in conjunction with team leads across the infrastructure
group -
- Develop tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling
program teams to focus more efforts on problem solving
- Review internal communication and documentation for efficiency
and succinct expression -
- Support team growth in critical communication methods and
personal development areas. Manage training database, and
find/create new training and development programs
- Maintain and assist in driving productive meetings across
project teams, providing and following up with action items as
necessary -
- Organizational support of the director -
- Anticipate, plan and coordinate internal logistics/needs across
projects and facilities in the Bay area
- ensuring all stakeholders (Internal and External) are engaged
and aligned to the program goals -
- Employ a can-do attitude, taking on any task required to
support the team and get things done - What You'll Bring
- 5 + years of experience in an supportive capacity preferably
with an engineering, architecture or construction firm
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering -
- Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management
skills and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, attention to
detail with a strong sense of urgency
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Engineeing Software - Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit,
Aconex, PlanGrid, and or Procore preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance; proactive,

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards +
benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,
including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. The total compensation package for this position may
also include other elements dependent on the position offered.

an employee receives an offer of employment.
