Job Description:
Role: Test/ QA Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA/ Hybrid Model
Duration: Full Time
Must have strong test management experience and worked in entire
SDLC
- Must have worked in Oracle ERP or any ERP platform
- Strong experience in test strategizing for large & complex
Program
- Prior experience in set-up TCOE for large customers
- Strong experience in defining KPIs and tracking & reporting
- Strong experience in implementing best practices in test process
and optimizing test efforts
- Prior expertise in managing complex program
- Strong expertise in onsite and offshore models
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience in preparing monthly / quarterly business
reports for senior management review
- Strong experience in various automation tools like Selenium , UFT
and TOSCA
- Strong experience in Test management tools like ALM , JIRA
- Strong experience in preparing testing dashboards
