The Global Insights team are the experts that partner with Global, Regional and Local business leaders to develop actionable insights. We are looking for a Global Insights Manager to join us. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment, someone who is energized by deriving insights to solve challenging business problems, and someone who enjoys collaborating with diverse and equally passionate teams to transform smiles and change lives. This role is based in North America, in our San Jose, CA offices.In this role, you will---

• Engage stakeholders to understand their business questions and articulate research needs
• Translate research needs into relevant, actionable research questions and propose project execution plans
• Conduct research (both DIY and with vendors) using both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, working within timing and budget constraints
• Synthesize research findings and communicate/share out relevant output to the stakeholders
• Support the global insights team on improved processes and standard operating proceduresIn this role, you'll need ---
  • Global research experience, 4+ years client-side and/or 5+ years vendor-side
  • A background or degree in Business, Economics, Psychology or relevant fields. MBA a plus.
  • Ability to work independently or with little supervision, manage more than one project at a time, and pace work in order to meet deadlines
  • An understanding of Market Research design
  • The ability to manage market research vendors
  • A sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • An insatiable curiosity for marketing, innovation and learning
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written

Placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable commission plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
