Project Manager will be part of the Global Project Management
Office (PMO) under the Global Operations team, collaborating
closely with teams around the world to manage global projects of
all sizes, supporting the client in constantly raising the bar for
customers. The PMO does this by driving consistency and scalability
for delivery of global projects, processes, and documentation
across all regions.This position is accountable for managing
assigned PMO projects; working collaboratively with key real estate
& facilities leaders, business partners and providers; and driving
global process consistency while maintaining regional
effectiveness. The Senior PM is responsible for all matters related
to a project from commencement to completion and/or to
independently lead and manage projects as assigned, and to provide
outstanding service to the client.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple operational (non-construction) global
strategic projects, including complex, cross-functional projects
requiring alignment from all GREF regions
- Manage, coordinate, and control the delivery of projects from
inception to completion.
- Operated in a global environment by understanding culture,
building trust and engaging with team members that may share
different perspectives than you.
- Build and apply change management plans, map stakeholders and
GREF operational teams, define roadmaps, communication plans and
templates for the managed projects.
- Support project sponsors & other stakeholders in defining &
writing business requirements to include collaborating with
technology team to determine the technical requirements and/or
operational teams to assess customer impacts.
- Support project execution beyond project management activities
by supporting change management and/or technical project management
responsibilities as outlined in project RACI.
- Identify and address areas of concern regarding risks and
issues to projects and escalate when appropriate.
- Provides appropriate level of supervision on deliverables to
ensure project performance criteria are being met.
- Record and manage all project tasks, sharing with the project
team and following up for completion by due dates.
- Provide regular detailed reporting on project status, calling
out critical milestones, risks with impact and mitigations,
bottlenecks, and blockers with path to green.
- Facilitate project meetings with set agendas. Candidate must be
confident, articulate, and persuasive speaker. This individual be
tasked with communicating to stakeholders regarding project needs
and goals through written and/or verbal communications.
- Dive deep into data and documentation to support the analysis
needed for project delivery.
- Ability to quickly assimilate information provided and
translate into appropriate project actions.
- Identify lessons learned from projects and contribute to
ongoing improvement of supported programs.
- Upon project completion, support lead global program manager
with successful handoff to Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams, internal
stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Produce required project close out documentation.Competencies
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Relentless and tenacious drive to deliver results and achieve
expected outcomes.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures,
virtually, across time zones, in a highly dynamic
organization.
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and
escalate in a complex, fast paced environment.

- Ability to keep groups on track and moving to deliver results
and achieve expected outcomesExperience
- At least 3 years relevant industry experience with consultant
or contractor firms.
- 2+ years experience in managing global strategic projects,
ideally in real estate and facilities where deliverables impact
customers, operational teams, and processes.
- Experience with Smartsheets, WorkDocs, Quip, Word, PowerPoint,
and Excel.
- An excellent level of English is mandatory, other languages are
a plus.
- Deep project management experience; PMP certification or
experience in other project management methodologies is
