Job Description:

As online business continues to grow, so does our network. As a Leadership Management Intern, you will spend time learning day-to-day operations to gain an understanding of what it takes to manage, motivate, and be a leader in an eFulfillment Center (EFC) or Retail Distribution Center (RDC).

Participate in a rotation, observing different departments in distribution (shipping, receiving, order control, picking, etc.)
Spend time shadowing supervisors and interacting with managers to understand how to handle all situations
Take on additional leadership responsibilities each week, leading up to managing a department on your own during the final two weeks of your internship

- You're driven by meeting goals and work hard to achieve them
- Born to lead, you love inspiring and motivating people but you're also not afraid to have difficult conversations
- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment
